It's cute hotel and spacious, with amazingly nice staff and amazing location to buses into town.

The hotel was spacious, with really kind staff and magnificent location close to the downtown. The room was very spacious, soft bed. A hair dryer and an iron were provided for a decent stay during our visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Simply one love, recommend it to all. Hotel is clean and cute, the location is exceptionally nice. The room is neat and attractive with extremely comfy bed. The staff is amicable and competent, they ensure you have a very good time here.

Right across the street from the bus stop, this hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city. I found it really convenient to hop on a bus and be in the city center in no time. Additionally, I was pleased to discover that there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a place to eat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at this hotel were also friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my basic needs were met during my stay. The rooms, although they had external bathrooms, were clean and well-equipped with a good cupboard for storage. I found this hotel to be a great value for my money.

All in all, everything was ok and I enjoyed my stay.

Location next to the city centre

The double room was clean and spacious with a private bathroom, providing guests with all the necessary amenities.

The room itself was reasonably large and huge and the hotel was clean. The location was good and perfect, near the centre, convenient to go everywhere. And we were just next door to central Edinburgh, buses, and South bridge and royal milr.

Liked Edinburgh, the hotel was cute close to the public transport. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Charles Ii.
